    What Is Your Return Policy?

    We want you to love your LunarShape purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
    • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • For shapewear and bodysuits, hygiene strips and protective seals must be intact and not removed.
    • Items must be free of stains, perfume, deodorant marks or any visible signs of wear.

    For hygiene reasons, intimate shapewear that shows signs of wear or has damaged or removed hygiene strips cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you.

    Refunds & Store Credit

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, you can receive either:
      • a refund to your original payment method, or
      • store credit to use on a future LunarShape purchase.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Unless your item arrived damaged or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

  • Do You Offer Exchanges?

    Yes! We offer size exchanges so you can get the right fit for your LunarShape shapewear.

    To request an exchange:

    • Use the same process as starting a return.
    • Select “Exchange” as your preferred option when you contact us.
    • Tell us which new size or color you would like to receive.


    Shipping costs for exchanges

    For exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping of the original item as well as the shipping cost for sending out the new size or color. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return so you can follow the package.

    We will ship your exchange once we have received and inspected your original item and the exchange shipping fee has been paid. If you need your new size faster, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund or store credit according to our Return Policy.

  • When Will I Receive My Refund?

    Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

    You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or store credit has been issued. If you do not see the refund in your account after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider, or reach out to us at support@lunarshape.com.

  • What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right.

    Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue and the packaging
    • A brief description of the problem

    Once we have reviewed your case, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you, including any additional shipping required for the replacement.

  • Are Any Items Non-Returnable?

    For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate products are considered final sale once opened or tried on. This includes underwear, some shapewear styles such as bodysuits, and any item that shows signs of wear.

    Clearance or sale items may also be marked as final sale and may not be eligible for return.

    If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page before you complete your purchase.
