Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LunarShape. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or a size exchange under the conditions below.

Return timeframe

All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Important return conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Shapewear, bodysuits and leggings must show no signs of wear, deodorant, perfume, stains or odour.
  • Hygiene strips and protective seals must be intact, not removed and not damaged.
  • We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or alterations.

These conditions exist to protect hygiene standards and to ensure a fair experience for all customers.

Non returnable items

To maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Show signs of wear, washing or alterations.
  • Are not in their original packaging.
  • Have had hygiene strips or protective seals removed or damaged.
  • Are marked as Final Sale at checkout.
  • Are returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

If an item is returned in a non acceptable condition, it may be sent back to you or only a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us by email at support@lunarshape.com.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item or items you wish to return
  • A short explanation of the reason for the return

Once our support team has reviewed your request, we will confirm whether your order is eligible and provide the correct return warehouse address in Europe/Germany. The exact warehouse address will be shared with you by our support team.

Please do not send any items back before you have received confirmation and the correct return address from us.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • LunarShape is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Photo verification before shipping

To help us process your return quickly and correctly, we may ask you to provide clear photos of the items before you ship them back:

  • Take a clear photo of all items you are returning, inside the package, at the shipping location before dispatch.
  • This helps us verify that all returned items are included and in the correct condition.

Returns without photo verification may lead to delays or, in some cases, only partial refunds if items are missing or do not meet the conditions above.

Refunds and store credit

Once your return has been received at our warehouse and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or not.
  • If approved, a refund, store credit or size exchange will be processed according to your request and our policy.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping costs from your initial order are not refundable.

If your return is not approved because items are worn, damaged, missing tags or hygiene seals, or do not meet the return conditions, we may:

  • Return the item to you, or
  • Offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Damaged or incorrect items

We aim to deliver every LunarShape order in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging

If the damage or issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. If the damage is due to misuse, improper care or handling after delivery, the item will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, this will be handled as a standard return and a new order:

  1. Request a return for the original item as described above.
  2. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired size or color.

This approach ensures accurate stock management and faster processing.
