If your order has not arrived within 8 business days, first use the tracking info in your shipping confirmation email to check its status. If you do not see any updates or are concerned, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will make sure it gets sorted.
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. However, we are working behind the scenes to explore expedited options that we may introduce in the future. Any faster shipping methods will be clearly shown at checkout once they become available.
We totally understand if you need your shapewear for a special event. Please try to order well in advance to account for any possible delays. While we cannot promise delivery by a specific date, we will do everything we can to get your LunarShape order to you as fast as possible.
